status 使用 draft、current、superseded 或 archived。文件名使用小写 kebab-case；同一事实更新原页面，不创建重复页面。被替代内容保留并链接到新页面。

链接与来源

• 知识关系使用 [[path/to/page\|显示名]]。
• 关键事实在正文中标注来源路径；来源摘要页必须链接回原始文件。
• 新页至少有一个入链；无法归类时先进入 wiki/indexes/domain-index.md 的“待归类”。
